Q: How does purchasing products from this store support More Than A Vote?
A: All proceeds will go to the Lawyers Committee for Civil Rights and their fight to ensure all voters have an equal opportunity to vote and have that vote count.
 
Q: How can I order from your store?
A: Place your order online. We cannot accept mail, phone or email orders at this time.
 
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Play and Paypal.
For your protection, we screen orders for potential fraud. Please ensure that your billing address matches that of your payment method to avoid delays in order processing.
 
Q: Will I be charged sales tax?
A: The sales taxes charged are based on state, county and local laws based on the zip code provided with the associated shipping address.
 
Q: When will my order arrive?
A: We do not guarantee the date of order delivery. Most orders ship in 1-2 weeks, then take 1-5 business days in transit before arriving at their destination. Occasionally orders experience longer processing times due to temporary stock shortages, the COVID19 pandemic, national holidays and during periods of peak demand.  Items sold as "pre-orders" will ship on the data stated in the product description.
 
Q: How can I track my order?
A: An email confirmation will be sent to you upon order placement, once your order ships (with a link to your tracking #), and once the order finally delivers.
 
Q: Can I return or exchange items?
A: Due to the charitable aspect of these purchases, all More Than A Vote items are final sale through this store. We cannot accept returns or exchanges. If your product is damaged in shipping, please contact our customer service team through the form below.
